October 19, 2026Notice
We have received the final invoice for the roof project - I have sent individual invoices for the final payments per unit. These payments should be made by 11/16 either through KindHOA or by check. Please reach out to me or Maya if there are any questions or issues!
Have a lovely week!

Welcome to your new HOA Portal!
On this portal, you will be able to find all documents and meeting minutes, voice concerns or requests, make payments, view financial records, and more. You can also download the KindHOA app on your phone for convenience.
As we are still very much in a transition phase, so please feel free to reach out to Maya or Sabrina with any suggestions or questions. We appreciate your help and patience along the way!
